We ship orders through the Postal Service, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an order placement/payment confirmation email from Paypal. Then a shipping notification email from our warehouse when your order is shipped, generally 5-6 business days from order placement. Allow 3-6 business days after that for delivery. All orders are sold FOB @ the Postal Service Mail. We will provide proof of mailing in case of loss. For expedited orders, or if you previously had delivery problems at your shipping address, it is recommended that we ship UPS/FedEx Ground or UPS/FedEx Overnight, and additional shipping fees may be required. To choose this option, please contact us over the phone after your order has been placed online. Additional shipping fee is charged for Overnight & Expedited orders.
We also ship internationally. For orders outside the USA & Canada, standard handling and shipping is $14.99 for orders under $50, $19.99 +more for all orders above that bench mark. All international orders are shipped Global Priority USPS Mail. We do give international order special attention in packaging and customer care.
Most orders are shipped within 5-6 days of order placement, exceptions are on wholesale and professional packages orders, which can take up to 3 weeks prior to shipping. We do not ship on Sundays or major US & Canadian holidays. In the event that one or more of the items ordered are out of stock, we will notify you via email for an alternate choice of products, or to place your order on hold. Without a reply within 48 hours, we may choose a replacement for you. Henna Artists Professional Packages are shipped UPS/FedEx Ground, please provide us a physical street address as UPS/FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American express, and directly from your bank account payments through Paypal. We use paypal for the protection of our customers like you: It is the most secure third party credit card online processor that protects online shoppers. It is free to open an account with paypal and use your credit card or bank account. By using paypal, we do not access your credit card information

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on body art products, including henna powder, paste, BodyPaint, Make-up. No exchanges and no returns are for retail orders. Exchanges (within 30 days) are allowed for wholesale orders only on non-henna products such as stencils & applicators (items not including henna powder, henna kits, henna paste, BodyPaint and Make-up). A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all exchanges, a new shipping fee will be applied.
Sun Henna offers gift certificates for values of $25, $50 & $100. These certificates are the perfect gift if you know someone who would like one or more of our products.
